On the 30th of December 2021 Elias Jensen, a person closely associated to PDMR Klaus Jensen, acquired 12,500 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.699 per share. After the transaction Klaus Jensen’s total number of shares including the shares owned by his closely associated persons is 14,915,253 shares.
