In this blog post, you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions in relation to choosing a new IT partner

How do we know you are the right partner for us?

There are many suppliers in the market, which is why it can be difficult to choose the right one. At ECIT, we decide whether a collaboration is beneficial for both parties based on the specific task that the company wants to be solved.

Therefore, we always start a collaboration by having an in-depth dialogue, where we get an understanding of your specific needs. Based on these, we afterward present how we will approach the task. In this way, we get an insight into each other’s workflows, and you get something concrete you can relate to.

When starting a collaboration, we prepare a contract to specify the services. The contract is your guarantee that you will get the solution we have agreed upon.

What does it cost to have you as a partner?

At ECIT, we offer different IT solutions for companies of all sizes. The prices, therefore, vary depending on the size and complexity of the task and not least the size of your company.

However, we have created different package solutions for IT outsourcing categorizing some of the needs that most often play a dominant role.

We, therefore, encourage you to contact us, as we are always open to a non-binding dialogue to learn more about your specific needs.

How do you support specific needs as an IT partner?

An IT partner is especially relevant when your company changes. When outsourcing your IT operations to ECIT, you can easily adjust the agreement to suit your company’s development.

With ECIT as your supplier, you get a partner with business sense and solid experience with running a business. We can easily adjust the solution to suit your needs – even when these are changing as well.

By choosing us as your supplier, you also avoid the complications associated with downsizing or growth, as you do not have to dismiss employees or undergo a costly recruitment process. In short, the solution is adapted to your specific needs, without you having to speculate whether the resources for carrying out the tasks correspond to these needs.

How do we solve critical IT problems if we give up internal IT competencies?

If you choose to fully outsource your company’s IT, you will no longer have technical employees physically present in your company. However, this does not mean that you do not have the possibility for help within short notice.

With ECIT as your partner, you always have an IT expert at hand. Our consultants are on the phone 24 hours a day and you, therefore, have access to the resources you need. In addition, the help will not only be the experience and knowledge from individuals but instead the know-how of an entire organization. In other words, you will have direct access to the right competencies, which are always updated on the latest trends within the field.

At ECIT, we take pride in creating and maintaining good relationships with our customers. We do this by assigning you and your company a Technical Account Manager. In this way, it will most often be the same person that you get in touch with, so that you are always assured assistance from a person with in-depth knowledge of the course of your company.

How do you address the green transition?

The IT industry plays a crucial role in the green transformation of our society. IT makes it possible to work in new ways, and we must take advantage of those opportunities for the benefit of our society locally and globally.

At ECIT, we support the green transition by generating electricity for our office via our solar cells using wind power-based electricity for our data center operations. In addition, we have established the most efficient free cooling system of our server room, which is currently available on the market. In other words, we prioritize the green transition and do everything we can to be a sustainable partner.
