Interim profiles: A selection of available profiles in ECIT

On this page, we present you with some of the profiles that are currently available and ready to assist your finance department. The profiles range widely from finance and accounting managers to finance assistants and therefore, we have an equally wide range of competencies in the following. 


Chief Financial Officer 

Experience: Accounting and Finance Manager with more than 20 years of experience within accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management. 

Core competencies: Financial management, accounting (monthly and annual accounts), bookkeeping (debtor / creditor), controlling, budgeting, analysis & reporting, VAT & tax, logistics, project management/implementation of new financial systems, HR, and easier payroll administration. 

Personal qualities: Outgoing, humorous, and communicative. Results-oriented, hard-working, and good at collaborating. Extensive experience in analyzing and digitizing processes in a finance department. Good at getting acquainted with new systems, as well as teaching the use of these. 

Education: Academy economist (Finance and Resource Management). 

Languages: Danish (mother tongue), English (fluent), Swedish (fluent) and Norwegian (fluent). 

IT: Workbook (Deltek), Microsoft NAV, Microsoft AX2009, e-conomic, Microsoft C5, Excel superuser and MS Office package.

Business Controller 

Experience: Business/Group Controller with more than 30 years of experience from primarily larger companies within management, budgeting, controlling, accounting, and auditing. In addition, project manager experience. 

Core competencies: Controlling (business, cost & international/group controlling), accounting, auditing, reporting, documentation of business procedures, BI tools, budgeting, and profitability analyzes. Management of smaller teams. 

Personal qualities: Eloquent, calm, and hardworking person. Thrives on analysis work and implementing new processes. Good system understanding and professional skills. Good at building trust and working efficiently. 

Education: Cand. Merc. Aud and HD (R) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). 

IT: SAP (BPC/SEM), Oracle, MS Dynamics (Navision Financials), Cognos, MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 


Project Manager 

Experience: Project Manager with 20 years of experience from larger companies with a focus on controlling and process optimization, as well as building tender material and contracts. 

Core competencies: Controlling, project management, personnel management of project teams, price models, GDPR, tender and contract management, consulting, and process optimization. 

Personal qualities: Hardworking, analytical, structured with flair for details while maintaining the momentum. Good at collaborating both internally and externally and enjoys working at a high pace. 

Education: Cand. Merc. International Marking from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Prince2 Foundation & SCRUM Master certified. 

IT: SAP, IFS (ERP), e-conomic, Hypion, Microsoft Project, Maconomy, MS Office suite and several internal IBM applications. 


Payroll Consultant 

Experience: Experienced Payroll Consultant with more than 15 years of experience from the payroll area. 

Core competencies: Payroll administration (both hourly and monthly payroll). Training/education, testing & development, telephone payroll support and other administrative support tasks related to payroll. Accustomed to working with different payroll systems. 

Personal qualities: Good at working with test and project development. Solution-oriented with a focus on simplifying payroll processes and explaining payroll issues in a simple way. Thrives on working independently but is also a team player. Outgoing and contributes with great attitude, commitment, and job satisfaction. 

Education: Higher Commercial Examination Programme and office trained in public administration. 

IT: SAP, Data Payroll, Lessor Payroll, CRM, Income, MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) 


All-round accountant 

Experience: All-round Accountant with 8 years of experience within accounting and controlling tasks. 

Core competencies: Debtor management (bookkeeping, invoicing, moving customers, reconciliation), creditor management (bookkeeping, payment of invoices, reconciliation), bank and VAT reconciliations, assistance with monthly and annual accounts (reporting and reconciliation) and controlling (checking, budgeting, accruals) and provisions. 

Personal Traits: Outgoing personality. The person is used to having a lot on its plate and has a structured approach to tasks. Thrives on new challenging tasks as well as stable and persistent ones.  

Education: AU Finance and Resource Management (CPH Business School) and Finance Assistant (Niels Brock). 

IT: SAP, e-conomic, Microsoft C5, Shipnet, Excel and MS Office package. 


Creditor Accountant 

Experience: Creditor Accountant with more than 15 years of experience with both large and smaller companies. In addition, the accountant has experience with both debtor and financial accounting as well as other ad-hoc tasks in an accounting department.  

Core competencies: Creditor accounting, but also knowledge of debtor accounting (including reminder follow-up) and financial accounting. Bookkeeping, debtor and creditor management, reconciliations, provisions, fixed assets, reporting, VAT settlement, bank reconciliations, travel settlements, car leasing and maintenance of master data.  

Personal qualities: Outgoing, humorous, and service-minded person who is hardworking, loyal, and stable in meetings. Thrives on regular work tasks with a focus on quality in the daily work.  

Education: Holder of a Diploma in Specialized Business Studies with a specialization in accounting.  

IT: Navision, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics C5, Shipnet, Mediaflow, SAP (sales module), MS Office suite.  


Finance Assistant 

Experience: Finance assistant with more than 5 years of experience with bookkeeping (debtor/creditor, reconciliations & salary tasks) and controller tasks (preparation of key figures, liquidity management, consolidation). 

Core competencies: Bookkeeping (creditor/debtor), invoicing, salary (salaried employee & hourly wage), year-end closing and preparation for audit, budget preparation, forecast, key figures, liquidity management, consolidation accounts for the parent company. 

Personal qualities: Hardworking with a great overview and enjoys working at a high pace. Independent and has a great strength in foresight and thoroughness. 

Education: HH (Niels Brock) and trained as an accounting assistant at PKA (Pensionskassernes Administration). 

IT: Axapta, Navision Attain, Admiral, C5, Lifetime, Visma Payroll, Discoverer, Prophix, Payroll Viewer, SuperOffice.
